Aluminum-plastic combination cap for infusion bottles, including an aluminum cap and a plastic cap. Interlocking threads are provided on the outer wall of the aluminum cap and the inner wall of the plastic cap. The end cap surface of the aluminum cap is provided with a conical clamping sleeve having an outer conical surface, with the center axis of the aluminum cap as the central axis, and a needle insertion hole (1) coaxially set with the conical clamping sleeve. Grooves are provided on the wall of the conical clamping sleeve, so that the wall forms a clip for clamping the needle. The surface of the plastic cap facing the end cap surface of the aluminum cap is provided with a drive sleeve for driving the clip to deform toward the central axis of the conical clamping sleeve, and a needle insertion hole (2) coaxially set with the drive sleeve. The drive sleeve has an inner conical surface for interacting with the outer conical surface. A sealing gasket is also provided on the aluminum cap for sealing the needle insertion hole (1). The sealing gasket and the clip are located on both sides of the aluminum cap end cap. This utility model improves the connection stability of the needle after piercing the gasket, reduces the risk of the needle being accidentally pulled off the bottle cap, and is easy to operate.
