Combination aluminum-plastic cap for infusion bottles, including an aluminum cap and a plastic cap. The outer wall of the aluminum cap and the inner wall of the plastic cap are provided with interconnected threads. The end cap surface of the aluminum cap is provided with a conical clamping tube sleeve with an outer conical surface, centered on the central axis of the aluminum cap, and a needle insertion hole one coaxially arranged with the conical clamping tube sleeve. The wall of the conical clamping tube sleeve is provided with a slot to form a clamping piece for clamping the needle. The surface of the plastic cap facing the end cap surface of the aluminum cap is provided with a driving sleeve for driving the clamping piece to deform towards the central axis of the conical clamping tube sleeve, and a needle insertion hole two coaxially arranged with the driving sleeve. The driving sleeve has an inner conical surface for interacting with the outer conical surface. The aluminum cap is also provided with a sealing gasket for sealing the needle insertion hole one. The sealing gasket and the clamping piece are located on both sides of the aluminum cap end cap.
