An aluminum-plastic cap is a sealing cap made of a composite of aluminum and plastic. It combines the strength of metal with the flexibility of plastic and is widely used in packaging and sealing in the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, and chemical industries. The product has excellent sealing, corrosion resistance, and easy-opening properties, effectively protecting the contents from external environments (such as moisture, oxygen, and microorganisms), extending the shelf life and ensuring safe use.

Aluminum : High-purity aluminum foil, oxidation-resistant, puncture-resistant, different thicknesses can be selected according to needs (e.g. 0.2mm-0.5mm).

Plastic Layer : Food-grade PE/PP, medical-grade plastic, or industrial-grade composite materials meet the safety standards of different industries.

Excellent Sealing Performance

Using a heat-pressing sealing process, it ensures a tight fit with the bottle mouth and passes both air tightness and water tightness tests. Suitable for vacuum packaging, nitrogen filling packaging, and other special sealing needs.

Flexible Adaptability

Supports various bottle types (round bottles, square bottles, irregular bottles) and sizes (diameter 10mm-50mm), and customizable opening methods (peel-off, pry-open, screw cap). The surface can be printed with brand logos, product information, or anti-counterfeiting marks to enhance brand image.

Environmental Protection and Durability

Aluminum is recyclable, and the plastic layer complies with RoHS environmental standards. High temperature resistant (-20℃ to 120℃), acid and alkali resistant, suitable for long-distance transportation and complex storage environments.
